Warranty

Our products are guaranteed for significant structural defects resulting from the natural behavior of wood. In the event that major deformations or pronounced cracks occur that affect the normal use of the product, these will be remedied or repaired at no additional cost from us.

Given the nature of the material, small cracks or minor variations in shape may appear over time, which are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or external factors under the control of the buyer. These include, but are not limited to: • stains caused by burns or exposure to hot objects • damage resulting from impacts, scratches or improper handling • exposure to extreme temperature or humidity conditions

For the situations mentioned above, we offer reconditioning or repair services for a fee, depending on the complexity of the intervention.

By purchasing the product, the customer confirms that he has taken note of and accepts the terms of this warranty.
