Terms & Conditions
The products are unique pieces, made of solid wood - a natural, living material that retains its organic characteristics over time. By its nature, wood may present variations in texture, color or fiber, which are not considered defects, but elements that give authenticity and value to each product.
The customer understands and accepts that wood reacts to environmental factors, such as temperature and humidity variations. Under these conditions, small cracks, fine cracks or slight deformations (warping) may appear over time, without affecting the structural integrity of the product. These changes are natural characteristics of the material and do not constitute a reason for complaint or return.
To maintain the product in optimal conditions, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sources of heat, excessive humidity or sudden temperature variations (for example: proximity to radiators, fireplaces, air conditioning or direct exposure to sunlight).
Any special requests regarding finishes, dimensions or product features must be established in advance and confirmed before placing the order. Once completed and delivered, the product cannot be modified except under conditions agreed upon later, for a fee.
By placing the order, the customer confirms that he has read, understood and accepted these conditions.
